FAQ

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipping. Delivery then takes 6 to 8 business days. The total time from order to delivery is up to 10 business days. Delivery is free on all orders. We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status on our Track Your Order page.

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@unlimshop.com. After that, or once the order has shipped, it can no longer be changed, but you can return it under our Refund Policy.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us at info@unlimshop.com.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.

The fastest way is to return the item you have and place a new order for the size you need once your return is accepted.

Please contact us at info@unlimshop.com within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review it and make it right.

Each product page has a Size Guide with measurements. Compare them with your own measurements before ordering. If you are unsure, email us and we will help you choose.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
